It is the second model born in the Lama bread house: entirely produced in solid wood, with a choice of 2 different essences: Walnut and Olive. Elegant and refined, slimmer and slimmer than the Classic model. It lends itself to all carving needs: linear and precision. The peculiarity are the two predispositions for the blade, one of which is a scalpel (supplied in the packaging). Both blades can be safely folded back into the wood. It measures approximately 18 cm in length. Equipped with soft and comfortable leatherette case.
